Biodegradable alkaline degreaser
Product description
Concentrated alkaline liquid degreaser formulated for cleaning ovens, hoods, pots, pans, stainless-steel counters, fryers, and industrial kitchens. It emulsifies grease to facilitate removal by rinsing.
Composition / ingredients
Anionic surfactants, nonionic surfactant, alkaline degreasing agent, foaming agent, and water.
Physical and chemical characteristics
Appearance: Slightly viscous liquid. Color: Transparent. Odor: Characteristic. pH (10%): 13.5 ± 0.5. Density: 1.13 ± 0.02 g/mL. Solubility: In water.
Dosing
For daily cleaning, dilute 1 part COMPAC 20 OC in 10 parts water.
Precautions for use
Alkaline product; avoid direct skin contact. Wear gloves.
Protection and handling
Odor-protection mask, safety goggles, and rubber gloves.
First aid
Ingestion: do not induce vomiting; drink water and seek medical advice. Eyes: rinse with plenty of water and seek medical attention. Skin: rinse for at least 5 minutes.
