Biodegradable liquid automotive detergent
Product description
Liquid degreaser formulated to remove difficult hydrocarbon-based grease. Provides extra-strength cleaning, stain removal, degreasing, and removal of engine soil. Biodegradable product that does not register as SAAM.
Composition / ingredients
Degreasing nonionic surfactants, water-hardness sequestrant, dispersing/foaming agent, and water.
Physical and chemical characteristics
Appearance: Liquid. Color: Transparent. Odor: Characteristic. pH (10%): 11.0 ± 0.5. Density: 1.03 ± 0.05 g/mL. Solubility: In water.
Dosing
Recommended dilution: 20 g in 100 g of water, depending on soil level. Apply to the surface, allow to act, scrub if necessary, and rinse.
Precautions for use
Alkaline product; not intended for direct skin contact. Wear gloves.
Protection and handling
Odor-protection mask, safety goggles, and rubber gloves.
First aid
Ingestion: do not induce vomiting; drink water or milk. Eyes: rinse with plenty of water. Skin: rinse for at least 5 minutes.
Product presentation
Gallon and drums between 20 and 30 kilograms.
